“Where do I begin!” This cleaning is the most revealing thing I’ve ever done for me in my life of 43 years have been. I followed the cleaning instructions to the letter until the end of 3 weeks. Eo I was so at that time, I decided to return to small amounts of food at the 4th week, but still the program runs. I lost weight and that was my main concern for the continuation of the 4 complete weeks. I started the weight back the moment and I feel good!

I could not believe my ability to cut one meal per week and how my body adjusted. I’m standing now and eat some dairy products to meat and fish, while I teach themselves more about raw foods.
My energy levels are considerably strengthened, I woke up at 5:30 in the morning, the coolest and bright, not dull and tired as in my previous life. It is something very powerful! My emotional and spiritual body are significantly changed, I’m much more friendly and generous person, calmer and more centered. I think many of my ailments were caused by eating meat.
I see things with great clarity and I have only the chatter in my head. There are things in my life like never before, the synchronicity of life seems to find me. I’m much more related to plant and animal life, nature and God. I feel the vitality and energy into this. This may sound exaggerated, but I feel a spiritual connection that I have ever experienced. We must understand the process.
I see the healing power of fruit and vegetables and how to fill and cleanse us. I see a world around us, which is a road not taken we serve, but rather adds to our pain and suffering, greed and create discord.
I read book rich with Anderson again while in the process. I can not believe how he wrote what I saw. My wish is that my family and friends on this program because it could potentially cause a huge change in the consciousness of humanity. Sound extreme? Try and see what I mean. ”

“Before cleaning, I read the book” cleanse and purify itself. “I was really touched. I wanted the mucous. I thought there were tons of this stuff in me years of eating fast food and meat. I am 30 years old and weighed 195 pounds before cleaning. I started to clean the day after Christmas in 2009. I used to be a voracious meat eater . I expect a product type to eat meat at every meal. I used have a saying “It is not a meal unless something dies.” I wondered if I would be able to and really stick.
The first week of cleaning has been hard, I wanted psychological meat, salt, sugar and all the bonuses that I had during the holidays. I was lucky because my girlfriend is trained as a chef raw food. She made food for me this first week, which were nutritious and healthy so I can not say that I lack the meat. As the cleaning went more easily physically and psychologically. Finally I got to the week 4 of phase control of soft food, for weeks. It was at week 4, when the plate began to emerge. I knew that the plate, because before he came, the psychological trauma of the past came back to me. All adolescent anguish, hate the world and myself returned. I started to sing the lyrics of rap Gangte from the 90’s in my head. Once past the plate, the negativity all fled and I felt really enlightened. This last week I was with 7 herbs and Chomper in each grass found. I wanted this stuff. My plate was about 6 inches long is a uniformity roast-beef/gelatin (and it was literally every time I had a movement). It was a unique smell rancid. Finally, after 28 days, it was not pig out time. Cleaning me in a really peaceful place mentally and physically. I am more conscious of what I said in my body now. I hear my body tells me when I want something they do not. It was about a month since the last cleaning and I’m still on my computer to clean weight of 175 pounds. I look and feel good, and for the first time I see my abs! This layer of butter to the skin, once a problem area above my belly is gone! Post cleaning I am more in tune with the natural world and my personal power expanded exponentially.
